Parkland at Woodhall Park
Woodhall Park is part of a quintessential English country Estate offering expansive parkland set around a Georgian mansion and the River Beane. Featuring rolling landscapes, mature trees and far-reaching views, this exceptional setting provides a versatile backdrop for film, television, commercial and photography productions.
About this location
Set within the wider Woodhall Estate, these 400 acres of parklands offer a rich and varied landscape comprising open grassland, mature trees, historic architecture and water features. The combination of rolling countryside, carefully managed parkland and heritage surroundings creates an instantly recognisable English estate setting.
The parkland surrounds the Georgian mansion and extends across the estate, offering productions multiple filming opportunities within a single location. Expansive lawns, ancient trees, the River Beane and sweeping vistas provide a naturally cinematic backdrop suited to both period and contemporary productions.
The scale and versatility of the landscape make it particularly well suited to large-scale productions, exterior set builds, countryside scenes and establishing shots. The parkland can also be combined with the estate’s numerous historic buildings, gardens, roads and waterways, enabling productions to achieve a wide variety of looks within close proximity.
The estate is also home to the River Beane, one of the world’s rare chalk streams, providing additional riverside and wetland filming opportunities throughout the parkland.
