Pricing & Fees
Fees depend on the type of the production, location and complexity of the shoot. Please note our minimum charge is £1,000 + VAT per day.
We take pride in our flexible, bespoke approach and work closely with location managers to recommend suitable options that fit your brief. Both throughout the booking process and on site, we are on hand to provide the support you need for a successful shoot with us.
Conditions & Licensing Guidelines
Commercial photography or filming on Woodhall Estate is not permitted without prior written consent. This includes any imagery intended for commercial use, reproduction, or distribution.
Images captured on Woodhall Estate property may not be sold, submitted to photo libraries or agencies, shared with online providers, or supplied to third-party image buyers without our explicit written approval. A location licence and associated fee may be required.
All commercial photography and filming requests must be submitted in writing.
Press access for photography is only permitted by arrangement, with the exception of organised press events. If you are a member of the media and would like to arrange access, please contact us using the details below.
